Mikael Audry, graduated from Sancerre, France and Aurore Martinez graduated from Sorbonne with a degree in Nutrition, met three years ago while working together at the launching of the Bill Clinton Foundation in San Francisco. Aurore and Mikael have pooled their culinary talents and they now live their passion for bringing local food prepared as authentic French cuisine through Hyde Street Bistro.
