Our charming NOB HILL restaurant with a view of passing cable cars welcomes you to its comfortable dining-room. Chef Mikael Audry, a native from Sancerre, elegantly recreates the typical French cuisine with a ''Provencal'' inspiration, using only Local and Seasonal ingredients.

You will find a superb wine list, that ensures you to find the most perfect wine to pair the delicious flavors created in the open kitchen. The French-Californian team offers an impeccably professional service with care, kindness and warmth, and delivers an authentic family spirit. Mikael Audry, graduated from Sancerre, France and Aurore Martinez graduated from Sorbonne with a degree in Nutrition, met three years ago while working together at the launching of the Bill Clinton Foundation in San Francisco. Aurore and Mikael have pooled their culinary talents and they now live their passion for bringing local food prepared as authentic French cuisine through Hyde Street Bistro.
